Who we are
Ready Set Prep Early Learning Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit childcare organization redefining early learning for the digital age. Our mission is to prepare children not only for school, but for life by nurturing curiosity, confidence, creativity, character, and a lifelong love of learning.
We provide a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment where children grow through hands-on learning, intentional teaching, purposeful technology, enrichment, and positive social experiences. Our educators support the whole child across literacy, math, social-emotional development, creativity, and problem-solving while meeting each child where they are.
Strong family partnerships are at the heart of our approach. Through open communication, individualized support, and a commitment to innovation grounded in the fundamentals of early childhood education, we create meaningful learning experiences that help children thrive from their earliest years through kindergarten readiness.

What Sets Ready Set Prep Apart
Ready Set Prep is proud to have earned a Maryland EXCELS Level 3 rating within our first year of operation, reflecting our commitment to quality early childhood education, continuous improvement, and meaningful learning experiences for every child. But at RSP, quality is only the beginning. We believe early learning should prepare children not just for the next classroom, but for the world they are growing up in.
Innovation is intentionally woven into the RSP experience. Our children are introduced to Digital Literacy, STEM, coding concepts, creative technology, and responsible, age-appropriate artificial intelligence experiences through hands-on, beyond-the-screen learning. Our signature AI & Me programming gives children opportunities to use imagination, storytelling, character creation, and problem-solving to begin understanding AI while keeping creativity, play, and human connection at the center.
Our commitment to innovation extends beyond our classrooms. RSP recently launched its internship program, providing college students with real-world experience across technology, education, business management, and early childhood operations while bringing new ideas and perspectives into our learning community. We are also preparing for our upcoming RSP Film Festival, where films inspired and created by our students will bring their ideas and stories to life. From our youngest learners to emerging college professionals, RSP is creating an environment where learning, imagination, technology, and opportunity come together.
