The Digital Literacy program is RSP's pioneering curriculum that introduces children as young as age 2 to foundational technology skills, AI awareness, and digital citizenship in age-appropriate ways. It is one of the only programs of its kind offered by an early childhood education center in the Baltimore area. RSP believes that preparing children for the future means introducing them to the tools and concepts that will shape their world, starting early.
-
At Ready Set Prep, we believe AI and digital literacy education can begin as early as age 2 when it is introduced in developmentally appropriate ways. Our curriculum is carefully designed for each age group, from simple pointing and sorting activities for two-year-olds to hands-on prompting exercises for school-age children. Early exposure to technology concepts builds the curiosity and confidence children need to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
-
RSP's Digital Literacy program is designed to go far beyond passive screen time. Activities are hands-on, interactive, and discussion-based. Children learn to think critically about technology, ask questions, and understand how digital tools work, rather than simply consuming content. Our approach aligns with developmentally appropriate practice guidelines for young children.
